Former President Bill Clinton charmed a sideline reporter when he showed up at the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, New York Monday night to watch the Nets take on the Milwaukee Bucks.
Among the multiple reporters who approached the 42nd president for an interview during the game was the YES Network's Sarah Kustok.
In pictures from the game, the 33-year-old was pictured sitting next to Clinton, deep in conversation, while touching his knee.

Knowing that Clinton follows the Nets, she took the opportunity to pick the president's brain about his opinion of this year's squad.
'Even though they haven't won yet this year, they're better than they were last year. You can tell. They are playing together better,' Clinton said, adding: 'I love it here and I like the team.'
Clinton admitted he's a fan of the Nets, especially no. 7 Joe Johnson, a fellow Arkansasan, and Brook Lopez, who accompanied the former president to Africa on an aid mission recently.
However, he was invited to sit court-side at Monday night's game by a co-owner of the Bucks, close friend and major Democratic party donor Marc Lasry.
In her brief interview with the president, Kustok also asked him what he thinks about the new Barclay's center, located just minutes from his wife's presidential campaign headquarters in Brooklyn Heights.

Clinton described Lasry as a close personal friend. Lasry is also an important Democratic party donor

'It's great for Brooklyn,' the president said. '[Brooklyn] is a great place...and for people that don't know New York, they don't understand that it's certainly a whole different city, in a wonderful way.'
In addition to giving a few sports-related soundbites to reporters at the game, Clinton also let fans come up to him between quarters to take selfies.

Though Clinton appeared to be more invested in the Nets, he told a Fox Sports reporter that he has 'always kind of pulled for the Bucks' and that he has deep respect for his 'very close friend' Lasry.
'He's a wonderful man - the Bucks are lucky to have him as an owner,' Clinton said.
